When you have considered - or decided to - buy a bespoke gravel bike, it may be because you have a desire to assemble your bike with hand-picked parts and components or have it painted in a special color or varnish. Our classic custom colors are just examples of how your Open bike can look, and if you have a unique desire for a color, a pattern or another personal touch, it is always possible.

In addition to the various 'build kits' that you will find on the product pages, the bikes can also be delivered with components from a wide range of other manufacturers. If you have specific wishes for something completely third then we will always try to help.

Our online platform for visualizing your bespoke bike is intended as an inspiration tool.

Copenhagen Cycling Club accepts payment by regular bank transfer and MobilePay. When placing an order, a 50% prepayment of the agreed price will be charged. The order is only valid and binding when the deposit has been received in our bank account. The remaining balance is due to be paid at the latest when picking up or sending the item.

All prices and amounts are in DKK. Danish kroner and is incl. VAT.
Reservations are made for typing and typing errors.

When the bike is assembled and finished, it can be picked up in person in one of our locations or it will be shipped with GLS or other shipping partners

A 2-year right to make a complaint is granted in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. Our right of complaint applies to defects in material and / or manufacturing.
The complaint does not apply to errors or damage committed by incorrect operation of the product / service.
Copenhagen Cycling Club will cover return costs to a reasonable extent.

Packages sent on COD are not accepted.

As this is a delivery of goods that have been manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have been given a clear personal touch, no right of return is therefore granted. If, contrary to expectations, there is a clear discrepancy between an agreement and what has been delivered, Copenhagen Cycling Club will at all times do what is reasonable to rectify this.
